This month, we take you closer to the warping stage - where hundreds of yarns are carefully aligned before weaving begins. It's a moment of order and anticipation, setting the foundation for the design that follow.

We're proud to be the first UK weaver to bring Karl Mayer Multimatic warping machine into production here on Bute.

This addition has transformed the way we work - tripling our warping capacity and giving us far greater flexibility in creating complex warp patterns.

This investment in innovation allows us to refine our process, improve efficiency, and deliver fabric that meet the highest standards - all while staying true to our craft.
